(a) The "WINK+ MRTreats" Dining Promotions Pilot Initiative ("the Initiative" or "the MRTreats"), is organised by Stellar Ace Pte. Ltd. ("Stellar Ace") which features dining promos from selected food & beverages outlets near Paya Lebar MRT station. The Initiative commences on 1 September 2025 and closes on 31 December 2025.
(b) There is no participation fee for joining the Initiative. The User(s) ("User(s)") agrees that any costs incurred while participating in the Initiative is solely to be borne by the User.
(c) Communications in relation to the Initiative will only be distributed through Stellar Ace's official communication channels. Stellar Ace retains the discretion to deter any User without any prior notice from the Initiative if the User is found to be monetising the in-app vouchers as distributed through Stellar Ace's official communication channels, including within the application.
(d) By participating in the Initiative, the User warrants and represents that the User has attained the age of 18 years and agrees to all terms in these Terms and Conditions ("the T&Cs") or, if under the age of 18 years, has the User's parent or legal guardian's consent to enter the Initiative and agreement to all terms in the T&Cs.
(e) By participating in the Initiative, the User agrees to conduct himself or herself in an appropriate manner throughout the Initiative and agrees not to obstruct, injure, or otherwise harass fellow Users, Stellar Ace's employees and participating merchants.
(f) By participating in the Initiative, the User agrees to strictly abide by and comply with the safety instructions as issued by Stellar Ace. The User agrees that, apart from the safety instructions issued by Stellar Ace, the User will take reasonable precautions and safety measures while participating in the Initiative.
(a) The User must have a place of residence in Singapore.
(a) Each User agrees to grant Stellar Ace a perpetual (regardless of whether the WINK+ MRTreats Dining Promotions Pilot Initiative has ended), irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and freely transferable licence to publish, promote, copy, reproduce, transmit, display, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works of and/or otherwise distribute the User's works, such as but not limited to Instagram Stories, Telegram stickers, for the promotion and publicity of Stellar Ace; in any manner, format, or media known or later devised, in perpetuity, including and without limitation to online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
(b) Each User also agrees to grant Stellar Ace the right to sublicense the rights licensed above.
(c) For the avoidance of doubt, Stellar Ace expressly reserve the right to adapt, edit, or modify the above-mentioned works for any promotional or marketing purposes of Stellar Ace.
(d) The User warrants that the materials, achievements or works provided by him/her in this Initiative are independently created, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall not infringe any copyright or other rights of any third party. Should there be any violation, the User shall be responsible for resolving and indemnifying Stellar Ace for all damages and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees and litigation costs) incurred to Stellar Ace.
(i) Each User will need to download WINK+ mobile application and sign up for an account by filling in your email address or social logins before gaining access to the MRTreats dining promotions.
(ii) After signing up for WINK+ account, each user can access the MRTreats dining promotions listing upon clicking the MRTreats Banner on the WINK+ Home Page.
(iii) All Exclusive dining promotions listed in the MRTreats are exclusively accessible and redeemable by WINK+ users only.
(iv) Users do not need to save or redeem any vouchers for all Non-exclusive dining promotions featured in MRTreats. Users can redeem the non-exclusive dining promotions with the merchants directly at their outlets and may direct all enquiries of these promotions to the respective merchants directly.
(v) All MRTreats vouchers cannot be used together with any prevailing promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers by the merchants, unless otherwise specified by the merchants.
(i) Each User can click into any preferred promotions and be prompted to "Save Voucher" and view your saved vouchers under "My vouchers". Upon clicking on the voucher to be redeemed, the voucher will be translated into the format of a unique QR code on the User's mobile, which shall be presented to the respective merchants to scan for voucher authentication. Once scanned, the voucher is considered redeemed, and the User can proceed to pay the merchant at the discounted price shown on the voucher.
(ii) Each User needs to be physically at the featured Exclusive merchants' outlets in order to redeem the voucher successfully in the WINK+ mobile software application.
(iii) Each User can only redeem 1 voucher per promotion per day at any point in time throughout the Initiative.
(iv) Each User can save a voucher from the same dining promotion the next day after redeeming it, as long as the voucher is still valid throughout the Initiative.
(v) The redemption of each voucher must be done before physical payment at every Exclusive merchant outlet.
(vi) All payments of the redeemed vouchers will be made directly at the merchants' outlet after the redemption of the MRTreats voucher. No payment will be done within the WINK+ mobile application.
(vii) The expiry for the vouchers varies for each promotion and the prevailing expiry date featured within the WINK+ mobile application shall be taken as final. All Expired vouchers will not be accepted, refunded, or extended.
(viii) All MRTreats vouchers are valid for use until the expiry date indicated under every promo listing.
(ix) All MRTreats vouchers are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or other credits.
(x) All MRTreats vouchers are not issued by WINK+ or its affiliates. WINK+ shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from the use, acceptance, or rejection of this voucher. All issues should be directed to the issuing merchant.
(xi) All MRTreats vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless stated otherwise.
(xii) Users will not be entitled to any additional rewards and WINK+ points in relation to the redemption of the MRTreats Vouchers during the Initiative.
(xiii) The management reserves the right to change any Terms and Conditions at its sole and absolute discretion.
Stellar Ace has the right to restrict Users from this Initiative if:
(i) The User does not agree to abide by and be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out here and, in the WINK+ mobile application.
(ii) The User has committed any act of fraud or dishonesty or has misrepresented anything in connection with the Initiative.
(a) By participating in the Initiative, the User expressly consents to Stellar Ace's processing, collection, usage and disclosure of his or her personal data for purposes of User identification, verification, validation, Voucher fulfilment, contacting the User, diagnostic testing, fraud prevention measures, liaison and marketing. Personal data is defined as the User's name, photo portrait, email address, address, mobile phone number, year of birth, and any other personal information that the User provides to Stellar Ace.
(b) By participating in the Initiative, the User expressly authorises and consents to Stellar Ace's usage of the User's name, email address, year of birth, and mobile phone number for the specific purpose of referencing to its database to determine the User's identity and eligibility.
(c) The User hereby grants his or her consent to Stellar Ace to use his or her personal data provided for verification, contact, liaison, and/or marketing purposes in connection with any of Stellar Ace's programmes, outreach, initiatives, and/or activities.
(d) The User understands that the personal data will be processed by Stellar Ace, and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees and any other person expressly authorised to process the personal data.
(a) All Users in the Initiative agree that Stellar Ace, and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees shall not be liable in any way for any and all claims by any User or third party, and agree to indemnify Stellar Ace, and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees against any and all claims made against Stellar Ace, and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees, including but not limited to:
(a) Stellar Ace makes no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, that the Initiative will be error-free and/or uninterrupted, and/or that the content or any functions associated with the Initiative's website, Stellar Ace's official website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Initiative's website, Stellar Ace's official website are free of any viruses and/or other harmful elements.
(b) Stellar Ace makes no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through Stellar Ace's website or social media platforms, including and without limitation to harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.
(c) Stellar Ace does not warrant that any clarifications or any other communication given with reference or in relation to the Initiative will be error-free and/or uninterrupted.
(d) Stellar Ace does not warrant that their safety regulations are the only safety guidelines that the Users have to abide by.
(e) Stellar Ace makes no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through Stellar Ace's official website or its social media platforms, including and without limitation to harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.
(f) If any term or provision of the T&Cs is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such term or provision shall be deemed to be deleted from the T&Cs and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect. Stellar Ace's failure to enforce at any time the provisions of the T&Cs or any rights in respect thereto shall in no way be considered to be a waiver of such provisions, rights, or elections or in any way affect the validity of the T&Cs.
(a) The decision of Stellar Ace on all matters pertaining to the Initiative (including any dispute arising from usage, or any information transmitted by Stellar Ace in relation to the Initiative, or interpretation of the T&Cs) is final and binding on all parties.
(b) The User hereby agrees and acknowledges that all electronic communications made pursuant to the participation in the Initiative shall be given legal effect, validity, and enforceability and shall have, between the parties thereto, comparable evidential value to that accorded to a signed written document.
(a) Stellar Ace reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior/further notice. The revised Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Initiative from the date of publication of the revised Terms and Conditions on the Initiative website, and the User hereby waives any right that the User may otherwise have to be notified of, or to consent to, revisions of the Terms and Conditions.
(b) Stellar Ace reserves the right at their sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the Initiative or shorten or extend the duration of the Initiative and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the T&Cs, without any liability or prior/further notification to any person, including but not limited to any User.
(c) Stellar Ace shall not be liable to any party whatsoever for any delay in complying or failure to comply with the T&Cs due to the occurrence of any event or circumstance beyond its control, including without any limitation to, acts of God, natural disasters or catastrophes, extremely severe weather, fire, subsidence, riots, outbreak of military hostilities (whether or not war is declared), expropriation by governmental authorities, act of terrorism, earthquake, flood, embargo, sabotage, explosion, epidemics, health threats, quarantine requirements, COVID-19 restrictions, governmental or regulator act, strike (including that of its own employees and/or contractors), civil commotion, failure of third parties (including Vendors), change or issuance of new applicable laws.
(d) In all circumstances, Stellar Ace's decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Initiative, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. The User agrees and undertakes to be bound by the aforesaid decisions.
(e) The T&Cs shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Stellar Ace and the User on the other.
(f) In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing, promotional material, FAQs or any other terms and conditions relating to the Initiative, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to the Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
